I forage this for herbal properties and also the fruit.  Harvesting the plant when in bloom, I will hang it to dry then remove the dried leaves and flowers.  I then use this as a medicinal tea.  The plants is being studied and showing promise in fighting Parkinson's Disease, Cancer, HIV and Leukemia.  Passionflower is used for insomnia, nervous tension, irritability, neuralgia, irritable bowel syndrome and premenstrual tension. An infusion of the plant depresses the motor nerves of the spinal cord, making it very valuable in the treatment of back pain. The infusion is also sedative, slightly reduces blood pressure and increases respiratory rate.

The fruit is good fresh or made into jelly.  We make a mock honey from the fruit which is an excellent sweetener. This plant is easy to move into your garden.
